What time can I check in to my apartment?
Your apartment is available from 3:00pm on the day of your arrival.

Can I arrive/check in earlier?
Due to the change of occupancy (the previous occupants vacate the apartment at 10:00am) the apartment may not have been cleaned before 3:00pm. In consultation we can see whether it is possible to check in earlier.

I will arrive late in the evening after the reception has closed.
Can I still obtain access to my apartment?
Yes. You can announce your arrival via the intercom.

Departure information
On the day of departure you must vacate your holiday accommodation by 10:00am and hand in your key to the reception desk no later than 10:00am.

Can I check out/vacate the apartment at a later time?
If no new guests are due to arrive the same day, we may be able to arrange for you to check out at a later time.
This depends on the cleaning schedules and the further occupancy of the apartment.

I want to leave very early on the day of departure or late in the evening the day before.
What should I do with the key?
You can post the key through the letter-box next to the door of the reception.
