But what do we do if the weather’s bad on holiday? If you book a camping pitch in advance you automatically receive our GoodWeatherGuarantee. This guarantee means that, if you cut your holiday short because of bad weather (or other unpleasant circumstances), you can still use the days left at a later date on our campsite (apart from during the months of July and August). The GoodWeatherGuarantee is valid for the current and next camping season.
How does it work?
- In the unfortunate case that you need to cut short your camping holiday due to weather or another good reason, report to reception and give your reason for premature departure.
- You will be given credit days which you can use throughout the year (except July and August).
- In order to use your credit days, call the bookings department (+31 (0) 222-390112). They can see in the system how many days you have left and make a new booking for you. You then pay only booking fees and tourism tax.
- The credit days cannot be exchanged for cash and price differences will not be compensated.
- You cannot transfer the credit days to another person.
- This does not apply to group bookings.
